CAMPER AGES: 5-26
TYPE OF CAMP: Day Camp. Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
CAMPER GENDER(S): Coed Campers.
BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: We offer fun and exciting day programs for individuals between the ages of 5 - 26 who have been diagnosed with a Cognitive Impairment (CI) or Physical or other Health Impairment (POHI). Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of recreation activities including arts and crafts, sports, group games and field trips all centered around weekly themes. Participants MUST be toilet trained.
SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: We offer fun and exciting day programs for individuals between the ages of 5 - 26 who have been diagnosed with a Cognitive Impairment (CI) or Physical or other Health Impairment (POHI).
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Music/Band, Team Sports, and more. Participants Will Have The Opportunity To Engage In A Variety Of Leisure Activities Including Sports, Group Games, Arts & Crafts, Water Activities, Outdoor Activities & Field Trips For An Additional Cost.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: CI Jr. - This program is designed for teens and young adults ages 5-13 who have been diagnosed with a developmental delay or cognitive impairment and will be successful in a 3:1 ratio.
CI Sr. - This program is designed for teens and young adults ages 14 - 26 who have been diagnosed with a developmental delay or cognitive impairment and will be successful in a 3:1 ratio.
POHI - This program is designed for teens and young adults specifically who have physical impairments or other health impairments and will be successful in a 3:1 ratio. Qualified, trained staff are in place to address these specific needs.
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Limited scholarships available for families in need of financial assistance.
FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): These programs are designed for individuals who will be successful in a 3:1 ratio. If a participant requires 1:1 support, the family must provide.
CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
Tuesday - Friday, June 25 through August 2 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
No program - 7/4, 7/5, 7/25 & 7/26
